Chairman, The Board of Trustees

Greetings,

As the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for both Asia University (AU) and China Medical University & Health Care System, it is my great honor to extend a warm welcome to Members of the US National Academy of Science and Medicine, international and domestic experts, young researchers, and students who are attending the third annual ICABS.

At China Medical University, we have made significant strides in advancing fundamental and translational research to unravel the intricate mechanisms of cancer, with the ultimate goal of developing precision medicine. To achieve this, we have consistently attracted top-tier researchers and physicians from around the world, fostered collaborations with both domestic and international institutions, and organized events like ICABS. Researchers and physician-scientists within the China Medical University & Health Care System have been working in unison, bridging the gap between laboratory discoveries and practical applications at the bedside, thus expanding our understanding of cancer cells.

In addition to our pursuit of excellence in innovative and translational research, we have also been committed to nurturing the next generation of medical professionals and educators, instilling in them a strong sense of social responsibility. This conference offers a remarkable platform for young talents to absorb new knowledge, stay abreast of global trends, and foster innovation and creativity. I consistently encourage students to stay ahead of the curve and become future global leaders.

I would also like to extend a warm welcome to our international experts joining us from the United States and Singapore. Above all, I want to express my deepest appreciation to all the experts for their dedication to this significant event, despite their busy schedules. I wish this conference resounding success, and I am confident that next year, we will see even more experts gathered here, making an even greater impact.

Thank you for your participation and support.

Sincerely,
Chang-Hai Tsai, MD, PhD
