Scientists connected and rapidly communicated up-to-date knowledge at many international conferences before the COVID pandemic disrupted this norm. To facilitate advances in the biomedical sciences, CMU’s President Hung created the “Online Academician Forum”, a bimonthly series featuring internationally renowned biomedical scientists. He invites the highest caliber scholars from around the world to present topics at the frontiers of biomedical science and technology to our large community of students, trainees and faculty at CMU/CMUH and institutions throughout Taiwan.
